At Blacksmith Gun Safe Shop, we stand behind the security of our craftsmanship; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your safe within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure the integrity of the security mechanisms.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Freight Pickup
Carefully repackage your gun safe in its original crate or heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Inspection
Once the unit arrives at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the locking mechanisms and exterior finish for any signs of use or tampering.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and freight fees.
